The Basics

Check-in is any time after 3pm local time, and check-out is by 12pm. The home sleeps a maximum of 12 adults overnight. Quiet hours run from 10pm to 7am, and that includes music on the Sonos and any noise outside the home after 10pm, so please be considerate of the neighbors. We also ask that you take your shoes off at the door.

Parking is in our 2-car garage and the driveway. There is no street parking, and that includes boats. Cars or boats left on the street will be fined or towed, and the guest is responsible for those costs. You’ll receive one garage remote, and a lost remote is a $200 charge.

To keep the home safe and comfortable for everyone, a few things aren’t allowed. We don’t permit smoking or vaping of any kind, including nicotine, tobacco, or cannabis products and including balconies and terraces. Breaking this rule is a $500 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorize the home. We also don’t allow parties or events, excessive noise, disturbing neighbors or invading their privacy, illegal substances or activity, or firearms and other weapons. Please leave out candles, lighters, and other hazardous items. Please don’t move furniture or change anything in the home, leave items, food, or garbage unattended outside, create unsanitary conditions, or use the space for commercial photography or anything other than personal accommodation.
